Loaded Plantain Fries made from green plantains, tossed with sautéed onions and a delicious vegan burger sauce for a crispy, flavorful dish.

1: Peel and slice your plantain into fry shape. 2: Fry in avocado or grapeseed oil until golden and crispy. 3: Toss with salt to taste and set aside. 4: Dice about 1/4 of an onion and sauté over medium heat until browned and fragrant. Set aside. 5: For burger sauce, add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix to combine. 6: Assemble fries with vegan cheese if desired along with the sauce and sautéed onions, as well as extra green onion, cilantro or chives to garnish. 7: Serve and enjoy.
