1: Juice about 2 Sumo Citrus fruits and add to a small saucepan along with all other sauce ingredients. 2: Let cook for 3-5 minutes on medium heat, stirring to taste for seasoning and cook to desired thickness. 3: For the mushrooms, mix each batter in separate bowls. 4: Dredge mushrooms in each batter. 5: Fry in avocado oil for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy. 6: Once fried, let cool for 5 minutes then toss in the sauce. 7: Optionally top with scallion and sesame seeds and enjoy.
