1: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-9x9 baking pan with parchment paper. 2: In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and whisk until combined. Set aside. 3: In a separate bowl, add all wet ingredients and whisk until combined. 4: Combine wet and dry ingredients. Don’t over mix at this stage. Set aside to make the streusel. 5: To make the streusel, add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix using your hands until combined but not fully uniform. 6: Add half of your coffee cake batter to your baking pan and spread it out evenly. 7: Evenly sprinkle half of your streusel over your batter and gently pat it in. 8: Add the remaining batter to your baking pan and spread it out evenly, then top with the remaining streusel. 9: Bake for 25-30 minutes. 10: Let cool for at least 10 minutes and enjoy!
