1: Combine ground flax, water, hot sauce, and mustard in a small bowl, mix and set aside. 2: Combine all dry ingredients for the batter, whisk and set aside. 3: Separate mushrooms and coat them in the wet batter, then in the dry batter twice until well coated. 4: Fry in avocado oil until golden and crispy, then set aside. 5: In a heatproof bowl, combine about a cup of the frying oil with the Nashville hot sauce spices and whisk to combine. 6: Toss the fried mushrooms in the sauce until fully coated. 7: Optionally garnish with pickle and more Nashville sauce on top. Serve and enjoy.
