1: For the roasted florets, place cauliflower florets on a baking tray, coat in oil and spices, and roast at 400ºF for 30-40 minutes. 2: For fried leaves, combine chickpea flour, salt, pepper, dried thyme, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and water in a bowl.
