A deliciously spiced dish of roasted potatoes, enhanced with a sweet jerk glaze for a unique flavor. These potatoes are oven-roasted until crispy and are perfect for a comforting meal or a side dish.

1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Peel and chop your potatoes and boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes or until fork tender. 3: Fill the bottom of your baking dish with avocado oil, about 1/4-1/2 inch high, and place in the preheated oven. 4: Drain potatoes, season with half of the jerk spice blend and toss in the cooking pot to fluff up the edges. 5: Transfer to the baking dish with your heated oil and roast for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours, flipping the potatoes every 20-25 minutes. 6: Once roasted and crispy, drain out a bit of the roasting oil to build the glaze. 7: Add all glaze ingredients to a small bowl, mix to combine, and toss with the potatoes. 8: Optionally top with some red pepper flakes and enjoy.
