1: To a food processor add flour, butter, sugar, salt, and turmeric. Pulse to combine. 2: Stream in cold water while food processor runs and dough forms. 3: Turn out dough onto a work surface, knead slightly, and form into a ball. 4: Wrap in plastic and set aside in the fridge to chill. 5: In a large skillet, add leeks and peppers, sauté for 2-3 minutes. 6: Add cooked lentils along with seasonings to the skillet. 7: Once the filling is cooked, cover and set aside. 8: Preheat oven to 375ºF. 9: Remove dough from fridge, flour your work surface, and roll out dough to about 1/8 inch thick. 10: Cut dough out with a large bowl, add filling and seal edges with a fork. 11: Repeat for remaining patties. 12: Once all prepped, bake at 375ºF for 20-25 minutes. 13: Let cool and enjoy.
