1: Put your cucumbers between 2 chopsticks and cut horizontally all the way across. 2: Flip it over and cut diagonally all the way across to create the snake shape. 3: Add in the shallots, ginger, garlic, gochugaru, and MCT oil to make the dressing. 4: Gently fold together until the cucumbers are coated. 5: Salt to taste and garnish with sesame seeds, then enjoy.
