A delicious vegan falafel smashburger made with soaked chickpeas, herbs, and spices. Perfectly blended and smashed with your favorite vegan cheese and burger toppings.
1: Add all ingredients except chickpea flour into the food processor. 2: Blend to roughly combine. 3: Add in chickpeas and blend again until well combined and fine, or transfer to mixing bowl and fold together. 4: Form the mix into golf ball sized portions. 5: Add to the pan and smash with a spatula and parchment paper. 6: Add your vegan cheese of choice and assemble with preferred burger toppings.
