1: Preheat oven to 350ºF. 2: Peel the peaches, cut them in half, and slice into equal pieces. 3: In a large skillet, add the peaches, coconut sugar, and salt over medium heat. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender. Remove and set aside. 4: In a mixing bowl, add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together. 5: Add maple syrup, vanilla, and plant milk.
