1: Tear block of tofu into chunks. 2: Coat tofu in oil, arrowroot starch, and spices; toss to combine. 3: Air fry the tofu at 375ºF for 15 minutes. 4: In a mixing bowl, add all flatbread ingredients and knead until a dough forms. 5: Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. 6: Slice slaw ingredients and combine them with oil and seasonings; mix and set aside. 7: After resting, cut flatbread dough into four pieces and roll out thin. 8: Cook flatbread in a dry skillet until golden on both sides. 9: Assemble the wrap and enjoy.
