These baked wraps made with Swiss chard are satisfying, light, delicious, and easy to prepare. Filled with chickpeas, vegetables, and flavorful spices, they are smothered in a rich sauce and baked until warm. Perfect for a healthy meal!

1: Preheat oven to 350ºF. 2: For filling, chop onion, peppers, and mushrooms and sauté until slightly soft. 3: Add chickpeas, seasonings, and rice. Stir to combine and set aside. 4: For sauce, dice onion and garlic. Add them to a saucepan with vegan butter and spices. 5: Add tomato paste and cook for about 2 minutes. 6: Deglaze with vegetable stock and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. 7: Cut the stems out of the chard leaves, fill with the mixture, roll, and set aside. 8: In a baking dish, add a layer of sauce followed by the wraps and another layer of sauce on top. 9: Optionally garnish with sliced jalapeño on top. 10: Bake for 20 minutes, serve and enjoy.
