1: Chop all aromatics (onion, fennel, garlic). 2: Sauté on med-hi heat until soft and slightly caramelized. 3: Add in half of the white beans and mash them with a fork. 4: Add in the rest of the beans whole along with vegetable stock, coconut milk, and pasta. 5: Let simmer with the lid on for 15-20 minutes, season to taste and adjust as needed. 6: Halfway through, add in sliced basil. 7: Once pasta reaches desired doneness, serve and enjoy.
