What you need
tsp dried oregano

tsp onion powder

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp pepper

tsp smoked paprika

tbsp cashew

tbsp pepper sauce

cup water

tsp paprika

cup cilantro

tbsp salt

tbsp avocado oil

tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 450ºF. 2: Run fork along stem of mushroom to shred, then transfer to a hot skillet lightly oiled. 3: Add spices and cook for 8-10 minutes until most moisture is expelled. 4: Add pepper sauce and tomato paste, mix in, and finish in the oven for about 10 minutes until slightly crisp and cooked through. 5: For shishito salsa, blister peppers in a skillet, then chop with tomato, onion, garlic, and rest of spices and add to a bowl. Mix to combine and set aside. 6: For avocado sauce, add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. 7: Cut open bag of chips, assemble the tacos, and enjoy.View original recipe
