What you need

tsp garlic powder

tbsp ketchup

tsp pepper

tbsp mustard

tbsp hot sauce

tsp salt

tsp smoked paprika

cup chickpea flour

can black beans

tsp onion powder
tbsp pickle relish

cup vegan mayonnaise
Instructions
1: Add your peppers, onions, and mushrooms to a food processor. Pulse until all are roughly chopped. 2: Sauté this mixture in a pan over medium heat until most moisture has cooked out. Optionally sprinkle salt to draw out more water. 3: Remove from pan and set aside. 4: In a large bowl, add the black beans, cooked veggies, chickpea flour, and ketchup. Mash to form the patty mix until it holds shape. 5: Mix until all combined and mixture forms a patty. 6: Lay down a layer of thinly sliced onions and pan fry until crispy and cooked through. 7: Melt cheese over top by adding a bit of water to steam and cover until melted. 8: For burger sauce, add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix. 9: Stack patties and quickly toast on a reversed burger bun with pickles and any other toppings you like.View original recipe
