What you need

fl oz avocado oil

tsp pepper

tsp white pepper

cup hot sauce

cup white mushrooms

tsp garlic powder

tbsp mustard

cup chickpea flour

cup water

tsp dried thyme

tsp salt

tsp onion powder

can chickpea

cup ground flaxseed
Instructions
1: Load chickpeas, onion, and mushrooms in a food processor and pulse until uniform in texture. 2: Transfer to a mixing bowl, add in flax egg, seasonings, and flour. 3: Mix until homogenous and holds shape in your hand. 4: Set patties in freezer to set for at least 30 minutes. 5: Remove from freezer, dredge in wet and dry batter. 6: Fry until cooked through and golden brown on both sides. 7: Assemble sandwich and enjoy.View original recipe
