tbsp agave

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp sesame oil

cup sriracha

clove garlic

cup water

tsp onion powder

tbsp mustard

cup chickpea flour

tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

tbsp coconut aminos
tsp arrowroot powder

tsp fresh ginger

tsp dried basil

cup ground flaxseed
Instructions
1: Juice about 2 Sumo Citrus fruits and add to a small saucepan along with all other sauce ingredients. 2: Let cook for 3-5 minutes on medium heat, stirring to taste for seasoning and cook to desired thickness. 3: For the mushrooms, mix each batter in separate bowls. 4: Dredge mushrooms in each batter. 5: Fry in avocado oil for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy. 6: Once fried, let cool for 5 minutes then toss in the sauce. 7: Optionally top with scallion and sesame seeds and enjoy.View original recipe
