tsp onion powder
pinch salt

bunch basil

tsp paprika

pinch pepper

tsp red chili flakes

cup chili oil

cup flour

cup tomato sauce

tbsp maple syrup
cup ice water

tsp garlic powder

tsp yeast

tsp smoked paprika

tbsp sugar
Instructions
1: In a food processor, pulse flour, sugar, and yeast to combine. 2: Slowly stream in ice water until a dough forms and let it rest for 15 mins. 3: Add salt and olive oil, then blend until smooth. 4: Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and proof for 1 hour. 5: Dice lion’s mane mushrooms and sauté in oil with spices over medium-high heat until browned (5–7 mins). 6: Finish with chili flakes and maple syrup, stir, and set aside. 7: Once the dough is ready, divide it in half and shape one half into a ball. 8: Stretch into a pizza round using fingers and knuckles and place on a floured tray. 9: Add toppings and bake at oven's highest temp for 8–10 mins. 10: Serve and enjoy.View original recipe
