What you need
tsp ginger powder

cup scallion

tbsp arrowroot starch

cup water

tsp onion powder

clove garlic

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp pepper
Instructions
1: Add soaked lentils, seasoning cubes, and boiling water to a blender. Blend until smooth. 2: Transfer mix to a wide pan and cook down on medium heat, consistently stirring until it thickens and water is absorbed. 3: Transfer to a heat-proof container, then leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours to overnight to set. 4: Once set, chop your tofu into cubes, coat with oil and seasonings of choice with arrowroot starch, and air fry at 400ºF for 20-25 minutes or until desired crisp is reached. 5: Chop all aromatics and sauté until soft. 6: Add in lentil tofu on low heat, toss to combine, and serve.View original recipe
