1: Cut the potatoes into fry shape and wash in cold water until it runs clear to remove excess starch. 2: Toss the fries in avocado oil and salt, then air fry for 25 minutes at 380°F, or cook frozen fries according to package directions. 3: For the cheese, prepare the garlic and onion. 4: In a blender, combine plant milk, cashews, and nutritional yeast, then process until combined and set aside. 5: Sweat garlic and onion in a separate pan. 6: Strain the cheese sauce mixture into the pan and add the coconut milk. 7: Season with salt, pepper, and turmeric, then simmer until desired consistency is reached. 8: For the spread, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until combined. 9: Assemble the fries with the cheese sauce and spread, then enjoy!View original recipe
