tbsp mayo

tsp jerk seasoning

pinch pepper

pinch sugar

pinch salt

bunch seasoning mix

tbsp bbq sauce

tbsp fresh mixed herbs

tbsp all purpose flour

1: Shred the oyster mushrooms and season with green seasoning, jerk seasoning, all purpose, mixed herbs, and BBQ jerk sauce. 2: Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until crispy and caramelized, tossing halfway through and adding more BBQ jerk sauce. 3: Make the slaw by mixing sliced cabbage, chopped bell pepper, mayo, jerk paste, pepper, lemon juice, and sugar until well combined.
