What you need

cup chickpea flour

tsp pepper

tbsp ketchup

tsp salt

can black beans

Instructions
1: Add peppers, onions, and mushrooms to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped. 2: Sauté the mixture in a pan over medium heat until most moisture has cooked out. Optionally sprinkle salt. 3: In a large bowl, add black beans, cooked veggies, chickpea flour, and ketchup; mash to form the patty mix. 4: Mix until combined, then form patties and pan fry until crispy and cooked through. 5: Melt cheese over the patties by adding a bit of water to steam and cover until melted. 6: For garlic mayo, mix all mayo ingredients in a small bowl. 7: Slice shallots thin, toss in flour and spices, and flash fry for about 2 minutes until golden and crisp. 8: Top burger with avocado and pickled peppers and serve.View original recipe
