What you need
fl oz oil

tbsp smoked paprika

tsp baking powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp pepper

cup spelt flour

cup chickpea flour

tsp salt

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp turmeric

tbsp coconut sugar

tbsp nutritional yeast

cup water

bunch fresh fruit

tsp vanilla extract

cup soy milk
Instructions
1: Combine chickpea scramble ingredients, mix to combine and fry on medium heat like eggs, flipping and chopping into scrambled egg-like texture. Set aside. 2: Mix together all pancake ingredients to form a batter then portion out a large scoop and cook until golden and fluffy. 3: For mushrooms, add to a bowl, coat in oil and spices and let air fry at 375°F for 15 minutes. 4: Assemble bowl and enjoy!View original recipe
