What you need

can jackfruit

tsp salt & pepper

tsp allspice

tbsp dried thyme

tbsp browning sauce

tbsp coconut sugar

cup brussel sprouts

tsp red wine vinegar

tbsp olive oil

tsp dried parsley

cup vegan mayonnaise
Instructions
1: In a food processor, blend the garlic cloves, bell pepper, thyme, and white onion. 2: Pour the mixture over the drained and rinsed jackfruit and let marinate for at least 20 minutes. 3: In a large pot, heat a little oil on medium and add the marinated jackfruit. Sear for 8-10 minutes. 4: Add salt, pepper, thyme, allspice, and browning sauce. 5: Add the veggie stock cube, cover with water, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened. 6: Meanwhile, roast the garlic in the oven for at least 30 minutes. 7: Add roasted garlic to vegan mayo with dried parsley and mix to combine. 8: For the slaw, shave or slice the Brussels sprouts and onion, then add the remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix. 9: Taste and adjust slaw seasoning to your liking. 10: Assemble the sandwich, optionally adding sriracha, and enjoy.View original recipe
