tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp allspice

tbsp dried thyme

tbsp browning sauce

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp rice vinegar
tbsp warm water

tsp sugar

pinch salt

clove garlic

tsp fresh rosemary

cup vegan mayonnaise
Instructions
1: In a food processor blend the cloves of garlic, scallion, green bell pepper, and white onion. 2: Pour over your drained and rinsed jackfruit and let marinate for at least 20 mins. 3: In a large pot, heat on medium with a little oil and add the marinated jackfruit to sear for 8-10 mins. 4: Add salt, pepper, thyme, allspice, and browning sauce. 5: Cover with veggie stock and let simmer until slightly thickened. 6: Roast garlic in the oven for at least 30 mins. 7: Add roasted garlic to vegan mayo with rosemary, mix to combine. 8: Assemble the sandwich with arugula, sriracha jalapeños, and enjoy.View original recipe
