cup ap flour

tsp salt

tsp active dry yeast

cup water

cup hot sauce

cup vegan margarine

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder
Instructions
1: In a large mixing bowl add the flour, salt, and yeast. Whisk to combine. 2: Add water little by little until a shaggy dough forms. 3: Turn out dough onto a work surface and knead until smooth. 4: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and proof in a warm place for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours. 5: Shred the king oyster mushrooms using a fork along the stems. 6: In a skillet on medium-high heat, sauté the shredded mushrooms with a little oil and seasoning. 7: Once mushrooms begin to release moisture, add the hot sauce and vegan butter and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. 8: Preheat the oven to the highest setting (450ºF – 500ºF). 9: Turn out proofed dough onto a floured baking sheet and spread across the pan evenly. 10: Add a layer of vegan cheese, then buffalo mushrooms on top. 11: Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until edges are crisp and golden. 12: Let cool, slice, and serve.View original recipe
