tbsp ground flaxseed

cup water

tbsp mustard

cup hot sauce

cup chickpea flour

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp smoked paprika

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp onion powder
tsp dried oregano

tsp dried thyme

cup water
tsp dried oregano
tsp dried coriander

tsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

tbsp kosher salt

cup agave

cup avocado oil
Instructions
1: Combine ground flax, water, hot sauce, and mustard in a small bowl, mix and set aside. 2: Combine all dry ingredients, whisk, and set aside. 3: Cut your cauliflower and coat it in wet batter then dry batter 2 times each until covered. 4: Fry in avocado oil for 5-7 minutes or until golden and cooked through. 5: For the vinaigrette, add all ingredients to a blender except oil.
