What you need

tsp maple syrup

tsp onion powder
fl oz oil

tsp black pepper

tsp salt

head cauliflower

tsp rice vinegar

tsp coconut aminos

cup arrowroot starch

tsp garlic powder

tsp ground coriander

tsp chili oil

tsp sriracha

tsp dried thyme

tbsp vegan mayonnaise
Instructions
1: Mix ingredients for flax eggs and set aside. 2: Chop and grate cauliflower then sauté for about 5 mins until soft and raw flavor has gone. 3: Transfer to a bowl to cool slightly then add in seasonings, starch and flax eggs. 4: Mix well then form the tots and fry for 5 to 7 mins or until golden and crispy all around. 5: Mix ingredients for the sauce and serve alongside tots.View original recipe
