What you need

can jackfruit

tsp salt

head cabbage

clove garlic clove

tsp cayenne

tbsp curry powder

tsp cinnamon

bunch fresh marjoram

can coconut milk

tsp allspice

tsp garlic powder

tsp fresh ginger

tbsp thyme

tsp onion powder

cup water

tsp pepper

oz chickpea

slice sweet potato

tbsp browning sauce
Instructions
1: Chop onion, peppers, and garlic. Saute in a saucepan until soft. 2: Add curry powder, chickpeas, and coconut milk. Mix and let simmer for 10-15 mins uncovered. 3: Marinate jackfruit with seasonings for at least 30 mins. 4: Cook marinated jackfruit over medium-high heat for 10-15 mins until slightly charred. 5: Chop the head of cabbage and transfer to a pot with vegetable stock cube, water, and herbs. Braise for 10-15 mins. 6: For the cucumber salad, cut cucumber lengthwise, smash cut side down, chop into chunks, and mix with all ingredients in a bowl. 7: Air fry sweet potato slices at 400°F for 15 mins. 8: Assemble bowl and enjoy.View original recipe
