1: Soak your cashews in hot water for at least 10 minutes. 2: Chop the aromatics (garlic and onion) and sauté until soft. 3: Add the sautéed aromatics into a blender with the drained, soaked cashews. 4: Add in nutritional yeast, jerk paste, and neutral oil, then blend until smooth. 5: Chop zucchini and tomatoes, sauté until soft, then add in the butter beans. 6: Mash up a few butter beans in the pan and leave some whole for a richer sauce. 7: Simmer for a few minutes then add in the spinach. 8: Cook until wilted then serve with a side of tostones and enjoy.View original recipe
