can chick peas

clove garlic

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp dried rosemary

tsp dried sage

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tsp red pepper
tsp dried coriander

tsp mustard powder

tbsp browning sauce

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp salt & pepper

cup coconut milk

tbsp dried chives
Instructions
1: Pull apart mushrooms into large to medium shreds. 2: Sear off in a medium pot with a pinch of salt and oil. Press to release water content and sear until browned on both sides (about 7-9 mins). Set aside. 3: In the same pot, add chopped aromatics with tomato paste, then add back in mushrooms and chickpeas. 4: Sprinkle in seasonings and sauces, then cover with water. Optionally add an arrowroot starch slurry to thicken. 5: Let simmer on medium-low for 15 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered. 6: Peel, chop, and boil potatoes until fork tender, mash and add all the remaining ingredients. 7: Mix together. 8: Steam asparagus or your vegetable of choice. 9: Assemble the bowl and enjoy!View original recipe
