Instructions
1: Combine the drained & rinsed black beans, garlic cloves, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a food processor & blend until smooth. 2: Spread the black beans on half of the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and fold over. 3: Spray with oil on both sides. 4: Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway. 5: Serve with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, fresh lime, and guacamole.View original recipe
