tbsp cumin
fl oz oil

tbsp salt

tbsp pepper

bunch cilantro

bunch parsley

tsp baking powder

Instructions
1: Take soaked chickpeas and put into food processor along with parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic and spices. 2: Pulse until combined and coarse. 3: Transfer mixture into a bowl. 4: Add baking powder and chickpea flour to the bowl and mix until combined. 5: Test mixture by forming the desired shape; adjust wetness as needed. 6: Once combined, cover and chill for 15-30 mins (optional). 7: Once chilled, heat oil and fry until golden brown. 8: Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
