What you need

cup chickpea flour

fl oz lemon juice
fl oz oil

tsp white pepper

cup sparkling water

tsp salt

cup arrowroot starch

bunch cilantro

tsp dried parsley

clove garlic clove

tbsp white sesame seeds

cup vegan mayonnaise
Instructions
1: Steam the frozen artichokes for 5 minutes until thawed completely. Remove from pan and set aside. 2: Prepare the frying batter by combining the flour, sparkling water, and seasonings. Whisk until fully incorporated. 3: Dip the artichoke in the batter to fully coat, let excess drip off and put into oil to fry until golden and crisp. 4: Season with salt immediately upon taking them out of the oil. Repeat with the rest of the pieces. 5: For the sauce, put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend on high until smooth.
