What you need

head cabbage

tsp salt

tsp ground cumin

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp agave

tsp ground coriander

tsp pepper

tsp chili oil

tbsp sriracha

clove garlic clove

tsp ground ginger
Instructions
1: Freeze cabbage (or leaves) overnight. 2: Let thaw in warm water until soft and pliable. Set aside. 3: Toss mushroom, onion, and pepper into a food processor and pulse until uniform. 4: Sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes or until soft. 5: Add in crumbled pumpkin seed tofu and seasonings. Turn off heat and set aside. 6: Assemble rolls with thawed leaves and quickly sear for 2 minutes on each side. 7: Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and enjoy.View original recipe
