tsp salt

Instructions
1: Chop aromatics and sauté them along with chickpeas and spices until onions and peppers are soft and chickpeas are cooked through. 2: Peel and chop green plantain for tostones about an inch thick. 3: Fry all plantain pieces until slightly golden. 4: Remove from oil and smash with a flat surface then fry again for 2-3 minutes on each side. 5: For mushrooms, chop and place them in a bowl with some oil and seasoning, toss to coat, and air fry for 15 minutes at 375°F. 6: Assemble the bowl with chickpeas, fresh greens, tostones, steamed or roasted vegetables of your choice, and mushrooms.View original recipe
