tsp pepper

tsp paprika

tsp smoked paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp dried thyme

tsp avocado oil

tbsp arrowroot starch

cup harissa

tbsp maple syrup

cup white mushrooms

tbsp bbq sauce

cup black rice

bunch broccolini
Instructions
1: Cook rice with a rice cooker according to the device’s instructions. 2: Tear the pumpkin seed tofu into chunks, coat with oil and spices, then toss. 3: Add arrowroot starch and toss again. 4: Air fry tofu at 385ºF for 15 minutes. 5: Meanwhile, simmer harissa with lemon and maple syrup for 10 minutes on low heat to infuse, then set aside. 6: While tofu is cooking, steam broccolini and chop raw carrots. 7: Add sesame oil and sesame seeds to cooked rice and fluff together. 8: Once tofu is cooked, toss pieces in enough of the harissa to coat fully. 9: Assemble the bowl with rice, tofu, broccoli, carrots, and pickled onions, then enjoy.View original recipe
