What you need

tbsp ground coriander

tbsp salt

tbsp chili powder

clove garlic

tbsp cumin

cup water

can pinto beans

tbsp pepper

can jackfruit

cup tomato soup
Instructions
1: Chop all your onions, peppers and garlic. Set aside. 2: Drain the cans of beans and jackfruit. Set the drained beans aside. 3: Take the jackfruit and press it between kitchen towels or wring it out over the sink to release as much liquid as you can. 4: In a large pot, sauté the jackfruit for 5-10 mins with a little oil. 5: Add in the peppers, onions and garlic along with all the seasonings and sauté until tender. 6: Once tender, add in the Garden Tomato soup, water and beans. 7: Bring up to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes. 8: Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary. 9: Serve and enjoy.View original recipe
