tbsp ketchup

tsp onion powder

tsp dried thyme

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp smoked paprika

tsp pepper

cup chickpea flour

oz vegan cheese

can lentil

Instructions
1: Add your peppers, onions, and mushrooms to a food processor. Pulse until all is roughly chopped and around the same size. 2: Sauté this mixture in a pan over medium heat until most of the moisture has cooked out (optionally sprinkle salt to draw out more water). Remove from pan and set aside. 3: In a small bowl, add the flour and spices, and mix. 4: In a large bowl, add the lentils, chickpeas, cooked veggies, spice flour mix, and ketchup, and mash to form the patty mix so it holds shape. 5: Form a patty on a tortilla and cook patty side down with sliced jalapeño and onion, optionally adding a weight on top to keep it flat. 6: Flip after about 3-5 minutes, add cheese, and steam to melt. 7: Top with lettuce, tomato, burger sauce, and enjoy.View original recipe
