What you need
cup ap flour

cup vegan margarine

tsp salt

tbsp sugar

tsp turmeric

cup cooked lentils
cup fresh mushrooms

cup leek

cup red bell pepper

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp thyme

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp allspice

tsp ginger

tsp cayenne

tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1: To a food processor add flour, butter, sugar, salt, and turmeric. Pulse to combine. 2: Stream in cold water while food processor runs and dough forms. 3: Turn out dough onto a work surface, knead slightly, and form into a ball. 4: Wrap in plastic and set aside in the fridge to chill. 5: In a large skillet, add leeks and peppers, sauté for 2-3 minutes. 6: Add cooked lentils along with seasonings to the skillet. 7: Once the filling is cooked, cover and set aside. 8: Preheat oven to 375ºF. 9: Remove dough from fridge, flour your work surface, and roll out dough to about 1/8 inch thick. 10: Cut dough out with a large bowl, add filling and seal edges with a fork. 11: Repeat for remaining patties. 12: Once all prepped, bake at 375ºF for 20-25 minutes. 13: Let cool and enjoy.View original recipe
