tsp kosher salt

tbsp mustard

tsp cinnamon

tsp allspice

clove garlic clove

tsp dried thyme

cup chickpea flour

tsp onion powder

cup cooking oil

tbsp coconut sugar

tsp pepper

tsp salt

tsp cayenne

tsp garlic powder

cup water

cup hot sauce

tsp browning sauce

cup white vinegar

tsp black peppercorn

cup ground flaxseed
Instructions
1: For mushrooms, mix each batter in separate bowls and dredge mushrooms in each. 2: Fry in avocado oil for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy. 3: Once fried, set aside and add jerk spices in a heatproof bowl along with the cooking oil and whisk together. 4: Dip the mushroom in the jerk sauce on each side and serve. 5: For pickled vegetables, peel and cut the vegetables. 6: Boil pickling liquid ingredients together until all is dissolved. 7: Pour over cut vegetables in a jar and let sit for at least 30 minutes. 8: Serve alongside mushrooms and enjoy.View original recipe
