tsp thyme

tsp garlic powder

tsp dried parsley

tsp dried thyme

cup chickpea flour

tsp smoked paprika

tsp pepper

cup hot sauce

tsp onion powder

tbsp nutritional yeast

cup coconut milk

tbsp mustard

tsp salt

cup water

tbsp flax seed meal
Instructions
1: Fully coat mushrooms in jerk paste and let marinate while you prep your wet and dry batters. 2: Dredge mushrooms in dry batter, then wet batter, then dry batter again. 3: Fry in high smoke point oil until golden and crispy on both sides. Set aside to drain. 4: For the ackee spread, dice onion and bell pepper, sauté until slightly soft. 5: Add the ackee, seasonings, and coconut milk.
