What you need

cup cabbage

tbsp avocado oil
tsp baking powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp cinnamon

pinch salt

cup arrowroot starch

tsp allspice

tsp pepper

tsp cayenne
fl oz oil

tsp dried thyme

tsp olive oil

tsp onion powder

cup spelt flour

cup cilantro

tsp salt & pepper
Instructions
1: Tear block of tofu into chunks. 2: Coat tofu in oil, arrowroot starch, and spices; toss to combine. 3: Air fry the tofu at 375ºF for 15 minutes. 4: In a mixing bowl, add all flatbread ingredients and knead until a dough forms. 5: Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. 6: Slice slaw ingredients and combine them with oil and seasonings; mix and set aside. 7: After resting, cut flatbread dough into four pieces and roll out thin. 8: Cook flatbread in a dry skillet until golden on both sides. 9: Assemble the wrap and enjoy.View original recipe
