What you need

cup cooked lentils

cup breadcrumb

cup black walnuts

tbsp ground flaxseed

cup water

tsp fresh sage

tsp rosemary

tsp thyme

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp smoked paprika

tsp dried thyme

tsp garlic powder

tbsp ketchup

tbsp steak sauce

tsp maple syrup
Instructions
1: In a small bowl, add the ground flax seed and water, stir to combine and set aside. 2: Soak walnuts in boiling water for at least 20 minutes, then set aside. 3: Add onion, pepper, and mushrooms to food processor and pulse until uniform in size. 4: Sauté over medium-high heat until onions and peppers are translucent and mushrooms have released moisture. 5: Add all seasonings, lentils, soaked and chopped walnuts, breadcrumbs, pumpkin seed tofu, and flax seed mix. Cook for about 3 minutes. 6: Transfer to a parchment-lined loaf pan and pack all of the meatloaf mix into the pan tightly. 7: Mix all ingredients together for the glaze and layer on top a few times for a nice coating. 8: Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. 9: Let cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy.View original recipe
