What you need

can lentil

tbsp ketchup

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp smoked paprika

tsp dried thyme

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

cup vegan mayonnaise

tbsp ketchup

tbsp mustard

tbsp sweet pickle relish
Instructions
1: Add your peppers, onions, and mushroom to a food processor. Pulse until all is roughly chopped and around the same size. 2: Sauté this mixture in a pan over medium heat until most of the moisture has cooked out (optionally sprinkle salt to draw out more water). Remove from pan and set aside. 3: In a small food processor, add the oats and spices, and blend until roughly combined. 4: In a large bowl, add the lentils, cooked veggies, blended oats, and ketchup, and mash to form the patty mix that holds shape. 5: Form a patty on a tortilla and cook patty side down, optionally adding weight on top to keep it flat. 6: Flip after about 3-5 minutes, add cheese and steam to melt. 7: For burger sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix. 8: Assemble with toppings of choice and enjoy.View original recipe
