Lettuce Wrapped Black Bean Burger

A healthy and delicious plant-based burger wrapped in iceberg lettuce. This recipe combines black beans, chickpea flour, and various seasonings to create a flavorful patty. Topped with a garlic burger sauce for an extra kick.

What you need

tsp garlic powder

cup chickpea flour

cup white onion

tsp onion powder

tbsp mustard

can black beans

tsp dried dill

tsp smoked paprika

tbsp sriracha

tbsp ketchup

tsp pepper

tsp salt
Instructions
1: Add your peppers, onions and mushrooms to a food processor. Pulse until all is roughly chopped and around the same size. 2: Sauté this mixture in a pan over medium heat until most of the moisture has cooked out (optionally sprinkle salt to draw out more water). Remove from pan and set aside. 3: In a large bowl, add the black beans, cooked veggies, chickpea flour, and ketchup and mash to form the patty mix and it holds shape. 4: Mix until all combined and the mixture forms a patty. 5: Pan fry until crispy and cooked through. 6: Dress with toppings of choice and enjoy!View original recipe
