cup hot sauce

tsp dried parsley

cup chickpea flour

tsp dried thyme

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tbsp ground flaxseed
Instructions
1: Sear the lion’s mane in a hot skillet and press it down to release the water content until you reach your desired thickness for the sandwich. 2: Season with salt and pepper lightly. 3: For the wet batter, add flax seeds, water, hot sauce, and mustard. Mix and set aside. 4: For the dry batter, add chickpea flour and spices, mix and set aside. 5: Dredge the mushroom in each batter twice. 6: Fry until golden and crispy all around. 7: Let cool on a paper towel lined plate, assemble sandwich, serve and enjoy!View original recipe
