What you need

cup chickpea flour

tbsp mustard

tsp smoked paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp salt

cup water

tsp garlic powder

tsp dried parsley

tsp pepper

tsp dried thyme

cup hot sauce

tbsp flax seed meal
Instructions
1: Sear the lion's mane in a hot skillet and press down to release water content until desired thickness is reached. 2: Season with salt and pepper lightly. 3: For wet batter, add flax seeds, water, hot sauce, and mustard. Mix and set aside. 4: For dry batter, add flour and spices, mix and set aside. 5: Dredge the mushroom in each batter twice. 6: Fry until golden and crispy all around. 7: Let cool on a paper towel lined plate, assemble sandwich, serve, and enjoy!View original recipe
