What you need

tbsp mustard

cup chickpea flour

tsp garlic powder

tsp smoked paprika

tsp salt

cup hot sauce

tsp dried parsley

cup water

tsp pepper

tsp dried thyme

tsp onion powder

tbsp ground flaxseed
Instructions
1: Sear the lion’s mane in a hot skillet and press it down to release the water content until you reach your desired thickness for the sandwich. 2: Season with salt and pepper lightly. 3: For the wet batter, add flax seeds, water, hot sauce, and mustard. Mix and set aside. 4: For the dry batter, add flour and spices, mix and set aside. 5: Dredge the mushroom in each batter twice. 6: Fry until golden and crispy all around. 7: Let cool on a paper towel lined plate, assemble the sandwich, serve and enjoy!View original recipe
