What you need

can jackfruit

tbsp granulated garlic

tsp salt

tsp onion powder

tsp smoked paprika

tsp dried thyme

tsp paprika

tbsp olive oil

cup red onion

cup dried cilantro

clove garlic

cup cashew

tbsp vegan margarine

tbsp turmeric
Instructions
1: Combine all jackfruit ingredients and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2: Sauté the jackfruit in a pan on medium-high heat until crispy. 3: For the 'cheese', prep garlic and onion. 4: Put plant milk, cashews, and nutritional yeast in a blender, process until combined, and set aside. 5: Sweat garlic and onion in a separate pan. 6: Strain off cheese sauce mixture into the pan and add the coconut milk. 7: Season with salt, pepper, and a little turmeric (for color), and simmer until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. 8: For pico and guac, chop all ingredients and combine, seasoning to taste. 9: Assemble nachos and serve.View original recipe
